Refund policy

All sales are final except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at myra@fuzzylittlemangos.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the item and your order number so we can make it right.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
